Product Details

Bi Luo Chun : From Dongshan, Suzhou. Famous for this type of tea. The tea from this region has been listed for its heritage value, as a tribute tea for Emperor Kangxi in the Qing dynasty. The tea is praised for its rich aroma, sweet aftertaste, and delicate buds. The tea is handpicked in mid-late March, with Mingqian (pre-Qingming) tea being the most precious. 500 grams of tea requires 60,000 buds to be handpicked by a plucker, making it a very labour-intensive and precious tea.

Long Jing (from Qiandao Lake region): The tea is grown in a pristine, green mountainous area. The quality of the tea produced here is considered by many to be equal to that of Long Jing from the famous West Lake area, but more affordable. The processing technique has been taught to the growers in this region by masters from the West Lake area.

Matcha from Long Jing Tea: This is a new tea and a recent innovation by the company.

Black Tea – Pu’er: From the Yunnan area.
